Privacy Policy

Account information includes your name, username, email address, authentication credentials, and any optional profile details you choose to add.

Product content includes spaces, programs, member invitations, tasks, goals, check-ins, reminders, calendar events, shopping lists, notes, comments, and other content you create or share.

Support information includes anything you send when asking for help or reporting a problem.

We use your information to create and secure your account, sync shared spaces, deliver reminders and invitations, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

If you use an AI feature, the content needed for that request may be sent to our AI service provider to generate the response. AI features are clearly identified and are not used for advertising.

We use service providers for database hosting and realtime sync, authentication, transactional email, optional product analytics, and AI processing. They may process only the information needed to provide those services under their own security and privacy commitments.

Content in a shared space is visible to that space’s members. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. Security and audit records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary or legally required.

You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Privacy & security, or use our account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile and personal data. Spaces where you are the only member are deleted; when other members remain, ownership transfers to another member.

You can edit your profile, leave shared spaces, control notification preferences, revoke device permissions in system settings, and request account deletion. You may also contact us to ask about your information.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, secure session storage, and database row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and protect your devices.

Strivora products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the services change and will post the revised date here.
